Job Summary
Maintenance/HVAC Technician for a Central Pennsylvania property-management team. Responsibilities include performing service calls to residents’ homes, troubleshooting and repairing residential appliances and HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical issues; completing the Turn process for vacant apartments; maintaining paperwork and inventory; and being on-call for emergency maintenance. Work hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday–Thursday and 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Friday, with a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more. The role emphasizes delivering quality service to residents, professionalism, and ongoing opportunities for advancement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- HVAC Certifications (Preferred)
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Maintenance
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Appliance Repair
- 2 to 5 years’ HVAC Service & Installation (Preferred)
- EPA 608 certification (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy
- Exceptional technical skills as well as strong communication skills
- Willingness to expand your technical and repair knowledge; obtain new licenses and commitment to professional growth
