Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for daily general maintenance and repairs, ensuring building systems operate safely and efficiently per safety policy. Maintain inventory for cost-effective operations. Be on-call to respond to 24-hour emergencies as scheduled. Complete grounds work as directed by the Property Manager, including general clean-up of surrounding areas. Must communicate effectively, multi-task, prioritize, and work independently, with basic computer skills (email, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Must have basic computer skills (email, etc.)
- High School diploma or GED required
- Successfully pass pre-employment screening
