Job Summary
Conduct daily general maintenance and repairs on building systems while ensuring safe, efficient operation per company safety standards. Maintain inventory for cost-effective operations and complete grounds work, including general clean-up of surrounding areas, as directed by the Property Manager. Respond to 24-hour emergency calls on a scheduled on-call duty basis. Successfully pass pre-employment screening. The role requires effective oral and written communication, strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently with little supervision. A High School diploma or GED is required.
