Maintenance Technician

Conduct predictive and corrective maintenance on plant mechanical equipment, PLCs, and automation systems while implementing Lockout/Tagout procedures to enhance security. Direct external contractors performing predictive maintenance reports and audit autonomous maintenance activities using standard formats. Define and execute corrective and preventive actions, participate in risk assessments, and contribute to EHS observation and suggestion programs. Develop descriptive course letters and train operators on safety, health, and environmental procedures to improve autonomous maintenance effectiveness.
