As a Maintenance Technician at Bolt Farm Treehouse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the property is maintained to luxury standards through general repairs, landscaping, and routine preventive maintenance, enhancing guest experiences at our retreat.
Required Qualifications
- Perform general repairs, including furniture, fixtures, painting, and building maintenance.
- Complete routine and preventative maintenance to meet luxury standards.
- Maintain landscaping and ensure the entire property is clean and well-kept.
- Work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with the team.
- Manage inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring readiness for repairs and maintenance.
