Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry work, and electrical repairs while inspecting and troubleshooting equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and systems to minimize downtime, utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory management. Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary. Maintain HVAC license, electrical and mechanical knowledge, and EPA Certification. Located in Plano, TX.
