Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician / Janitor, you will be responsible for tackling a variety of repair tasks including floor repair, painting, plumbing, and appliance replacement. You'll ensure buildings and grounds are maintained in clean, orderly, and safe conditions. Close collaboration with the Site Manager to prioritize work orders is expected. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong building maintenance skills, and a willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 years' experience as a maintenance technician and/or janitorial
- Experience with general building maintenance repairs, minor repairs to buildings, equipment, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing
- Willingness to learn and team player
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
