Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across vacation rental properties, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues. Complete monthly preventive maintenance, replace fixtures, and handle cosmetic repairs like drywall and painting. Assemble furniture, fix electronics, and inspect properties for safety concerns while responding to work orders efficiently. Document all repairs, parts, and materials through a mobile app and communicate follow-up needs with departments. This role requires two years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work one weekend day weekly. Must reside in or near Ormond Beach, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional maintenance or related repair experience
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and household repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete common repairs independently and safely
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile work-order applications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past three years
- Reliable transportation
- Must live in or near Ormond Beach, Florida
- Must be available to work one weekend day each week
