Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall repair, and general carpentry. Troubleshoot and repair home systems while conducting regular property inspections to identify and address issues before they escalate. Respond to emergency maintenance requests to ensure guest comfort and safety, and complete work orders in a timely manner with progress updates to the Property Management team. Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and oversee their work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain records of work performed, including parts used and issues identified, using Breezeway and other company tools. Collaborate with inspectors, property managers, and other technicians to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guest arrivals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in property maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related field mandatory
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a wide range of home systems
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Experience with tools and technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required
- Flexibility to work weekends or respond to emergencies outside of regular hours when needed
