Job Summary
Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work. Maintain exterior curb appeal and ensure grounds cleanliness while assisting with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, and common areas. Respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours and ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy. Conduct monthly preventive maintenance inspections for lighting, fire safety, and hazards; manage tool inventory and adhere to safety regulations. Assist with move-in and move-out inspections, monitor vacant units, and perform on-call emergency service. Collaborate on special projects and communicate safety concerns to Site Management. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays to resolve after-hours emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
- A valid driver's license in good standing
- General computer skills, including operating a mobile device
- Strong attention to detail

- Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
