Job Summary
Conduct high-quality maintenance and repair services to ensure the property remains well-kept and maintains strong curb appeal. Respond promptly to service requests to minimize resident disruptions while performing preventative maintenance to extend asset life. Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to streamline operations and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Be dependable for scheduled rotational on-call emergency duties. Requires 2+ years of multifamily experience, HVAC or EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Offers $22–$25 hourly pay plus monthly bonuses, PTO, and a rent discount.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance and make-ready experience in multifamily housing
