Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine and preventive maintenance in a luxury retirement community. Performs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, troubleshoots issues, and utilizes the PM Worx work order system. Provides excellent customer service to residents and families, and participates in the On-Call Technician program which may require after-hours, weekend, and holiday work. Emphasis on maintaining aesthetic appeal and well-being for residents and staff, with opportunities to work on varied, new projects in a five-star building.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 2-3 Years or More Experience in facilities and/or building maintenance, mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC installation, maintenance and/or repair
- HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certification preferred
- Loves to work with seniors
- Excellent customer service skills
