Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry
- Strong knowledge of basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
