Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient plant operations. Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyors, and related equipment per manufacturer recommendations. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and interpreting schematics/manuals. Remove and replace defective components with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment as required. Adjust and maintain machinery, controls, and instrumentation for optimal performance. Coordinate with production personnel to schedule preventive maintenance activities; communicate equipment status, maintenance needs, and repair schedules to supervisors and production teams. Provide technical support and maintenance recommendations to improve equipment reliability. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following all safety policies and procedures. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical components
- Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance programs
- Welding equipment maintenance experience preferred
- Bridge crane maintenance experience preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
