Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed to service and repair residential and commercial properties across Key Point Health Services' sites in the Greater Baltimore area. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, roofing, windows, doors, floors, and general property upkeep; assembling, moving, and repairing furniture; and communicating progress to supervisors. Candidates should have basic knowledge of construction and tools, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and drive between company sites using a company vehicle. On-call rotation is included; overtime provided. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Location emphasis includes Dundalk/Catonsville/Glen Burnie in Dundalk area with travel to Cecil, Harford, Baltimore counties; Aberdeen HQ listed as a key site.
