Job Summary
Perform service and repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, interior finishes, and appliance servicing while maintaining a safe environment. Complete maintenance inspections, repairs, and property preparation in a team response role. Assist clients and associates in resolving maintenance concerns, complaints, and questions. Drive between MasterCorp client sites daily to perform duties and maintain accurate work records. Requires 1-3 years of experience in preventative maintenance or skilled trades, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a valid driver's license. Must be 21 or older with an acceptable driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate
- 1-3 years of experience as a Preventative Maintenance Tech or similar skilled trade
- Proficient skills in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry and electrical
- Knowledge of hand and power tools and a mechanical aptitude
- Maintenance experience with a resort and/or hotel experience preferred
- Must meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit (Age 21 or older, Acceptable driving record, Valid State Issued Driver's License, and Acceptable Drug Screen Results)
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow written instruction
- Travel - Frequently between sites during the course of the workday
