Job Summary
Complete maintenance requests, work orders, and property lists for apartments and homes. Perform basic duties including flooring, drywall, electrical, heating & cooling, carpentry, painting, cleaning, and landscaping. Obtain tenant signatures to confirm satisfaction and prepare units for new moves. Purchase and organize materials while ensuring properties maintain attractive curb appeal. Handle occasional after-hours matters and adapt to changing priorities with limited supervision. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Live within 30 minutes of Ypsilanti, MI.
