Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for bringing units to market-ready condition under Peak Living standards; duties include completing make-ready maintenance, handling work orders, assisting with building and common area maintenance, and supporting preventative maintenance programs. Requires knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair), ability to communicate in English, and willingness to work hours based on community needs (including weekends and after-hours emergency services). EPA/CPO certification preferred but not required. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health plans, 401k matching, and additional employee programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment
- EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
