Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings
- Have reliable transportation to the site and the ability to arrive as instructed
- Ability to work long hours and rotational shifts, including overtime as needed
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds; work indoors and outdoors; and walk on uneven surfaces
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of production agriculture and associated machinery
- Basic knowledge of building electrical systems
- Welding and/or millwright skills, especially relevant in the seed industry
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic repair and test equipment
- Basic understanding of process control
- Experience using a CMMS or similar system (e.g., SAP) for work orders and parts inventory
