Job Summary
Assist with installation and repair of new and existing irrigation systems, replace light bulbs and switches, and perform light plumbing and HVAC maintenance. Support general upkeep by handling fencing, gates, and small equipment repairs across multiple buildings on the 350-acre property. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions while lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to spend long hours working independently in a wide range of weather and temperature extremes, including some office work.
- Capable of working independently.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and work in strenuous conditions.
