Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs while ensuring compliance with building, safety, and health codes. Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures, and monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and integrity of the entire facility, including patient living spaces and common areas. Work part-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4 PM on-site in Stuart, FL. Collaborate with the Regional Facility Manager and Director of Operations to uphold high facility standards within a nationally recognized addiction and mental health care organization.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
- Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Knowledge of OSHA & infection control practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in residential, hospital or medical settings, preferred
