Job Summary
Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs; complete apartment turns, make-readies, and unit inspections. Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues while providing timely solutions and conduct routine preventative maintenance to protect property assets. Respond promptly to resident service requests using a paperless work order system, maintain accurate records, and assist with inventory management. Execute general carpentry, drywall, painting, and other property repairs; support vendor coordination; maintain common areas, grounds, and curb appeal. Assist with snow removal and other seasonal needs as required. Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards. Join the new maintenance team at Timber Club Apartments during its launch to establish high standards and define the resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 – 3 years of residential property maintenance experience or related trade experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- frequent walking, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching
- Basic computer skills for logging and tracking work orders
- Weekend availability
