MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs; complete apartment turns, make-readies, and unit inspections. Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues while providing timely solutions and conduct routine preventative maintenance to protect property assets. Respond promptly to resident service requests using a paperless work order system, maintain accurate records, and assist with inventory management. Execute general carpentry, drywall, painting, and other property repairs; support vendor coordination; maintain common areas, grounds, and curb appeal. Assist with snow removal and other seasonal needs as required. Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards.
