Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role based in Hattiesburg, MS, responsible for responding to work orders, supporting preventative maintenance across apartment complexes, and ensuring facilities and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, exterior) are in good working order. Ensures units are 100% ready for move-in, updates work orders in AppFolio, and maintains clean properties by removing debris. Requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, mechanical/plumbing/electrical experience preferred, and computer experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in the United States. Full-time position offering $20-$25/hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

- Driver's License and ability to drive to various properties
