Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician at Badger Meter supports the Facilities team with routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities include repairing company equipment, responding to maintenance requests, adding and maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, inspecting and maintaining building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting), performing general upkeep (painting, carpentry, furniture assembly), supporting preventive maintenance, monitoring supplies, and assisting with setup/teardown for events or office moves. Must have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with safety compliance and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Education path includes a high school degree with Associate's Degree/Trade school preferred; 3+ years of related experience is desired. Competencies include collaboration, communication, initiating action, and maintaining high work standards.
