Job Summary
Maintain upkeep and repair of the property and grounds; assist with maintenance improvement projects; perform periodic inspections of the property and apartments; prepare vacant apartments for occupancy; complete work order requests; handle seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkler systems, pool area, and snow removal; on-call for maintenance emergencies; schedule includes Tue-Sat (with Sundays off) and a Monday-Saturday pattern with a day off; participate in general janitorial tasks as needed; works with the property team to provide quality service at FourSite Property Management’s Elevate at 620 apartment community.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance technician skills: Home repair or handyman skills
- Experience with painting
- Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance
- Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies
