Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including building installations, furniture assembly, and lighting fixes. Maintain property cleanliness through painting and refurbishing while monitoring detailed records of all activities and modifications. Utilize hand and power tools, forklifts, and heavy equipment to complete tasks, communicating daily with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or incident reports. Candidates must pass a technical skills assessment evaluating mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pump and valve maintenance, and problem-solving capabilities. Full-time employment with open shifts includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and vacation benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
- 0 to 2 years of related experience
- Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating mechanical troubleshooting
- Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating equipment repair
- Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating motor and VFD support
- Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating pump and valve maintenance
- Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating piping systems
- Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating problem-solving capabilities
