Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician B will utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment as well as perform a variety of maintenance tasks on structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, and hydraulics systems. Key responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, performing machining or bench operations, and ensuring equipment functionality through troubleshooting and repair. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and 1.5 years of relevant technical experience. Physical stamina is required for lifting, standing, and operating tools throughout full work shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledge
- Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
