Job Summary
Complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers to ensure a hazard-free environment. Perform repairs including painting, basic carpentry, wall repair, plumbing, and electrical work while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Execute work orders in a timely and accurate manner, cleaning up after tasks and managing turnovers as directed. Take direction from the supervisor and follow instructions while maintaining a professional appearance. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
- Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
