Job Summary
Maintenance Technician to oversee general appearance and maintenance of Aviara Flats, perform work requests for common areas and apartments, conduct preventative maintenance, assess and repair appliances, assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, and handle occasional on-call duties with trip stipend; emphasize safety and creating a great living experience for residents.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
- HVAC and EPA experience preferred
- CPO certification preferred
- Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
