Job Summary
Inspect facility, equipment, and property for defects; assist with building renovations and repairs, both interior and exterior. Address technical difficulties including video calls, internet service, and equipment maintenance. Perform outside custodial duties such as gardening and snow removal. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance. Work in a residential facility offering inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services, surrounded by converted townhomes to provide a homelike atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- If in recovery, a minim one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask
- General knowledge of carpentry and repair
