Job Summary
Complete resident and property service requests while owning your role at the property and delivering great customer service. Perform maintenance tasks including HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds care, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pump repairs. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor throughout all interactions. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.
