Job Summary
Leads and performs a range of technical and mechanical tasks across a 312-unit garden-style community, including completing resident work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready inspections for new move-ins, inventory management, equipment inspections via platforms (Leonardo247, Entrata, etc.), and grounds/amenities upkeep. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type I/II or Universal), valid driver’s license for property access, strong tool-use skills, troubleshooting, and customer-service oriented communication to coordinate with residents and vendors while adhering to safety policies and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
