Job Summary
Installs, maintains, repairs, and calibrates automated, robotic, and electro-mechanical machinery; performs preventative/predictive maintenance; diagnoses and repairs electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software issues in robotic systems; installs and commissions new machinery and control systems; maintains detailed records; adheres to Kanban/pull-system instructions and 5S housekeeping; supports safety and quality programs; weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 5:00 am–5:10 pm); Grand Rapids, MI location.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate from college or technical school
- minimum 3 years’ experience with maintaining/ repairing automated systems
- Hilo and Arial licenses required
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to read blue prints, electrical prints, control logic and mechanical schematics
- Physical abilities to lift up to 40 pounds
- Weekend shift availability
- Ability to document maintenance and testing activities
