Job Summary
Complete all service requests, emergency calls, move-in needs, and property tasks daily, weekly, or monthly. Inspect the community continuously to record and correct deficiencies, performing general maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs. Replace filters, clean air conditioning vents, and handle on-call duties including evening and weekend shifts while maintaining a cell phone. Order supplies and parts within budget, coordinate with vendors, and assist with apartment make-readies, painting, and grounds maintenance. Ensure all keys are kept properly and complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- EPA Universal certification
- CPO certification
- REAC inspection experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills including email and some Microsoft products
