Maintenance Technician

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care, and complete and document guest and associate work orders. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, and pool systems while maintaining and adjusting chemicals. Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances. Handle seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties. Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment. Requires minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience with hotel experience preferred.
