Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role at Atlas Hotels (Holiday Inn Express Milton Keynes) responsible for planned and reactive hotel maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Responsibilities include completing scheduled preventive maintenance, fixing room issues quickly, managing on-site contractors, ensuring statutory maintenance and health & safety compliance, coordinating with the Area Maintenance Manager for larger projects, and sharing proactive insights with Maintenance and Operations teams. Requires demonstrable building maintenance experience; trade skills in plumbing, electrical, joinery, painting/decorating, or plastering are highly advantageous. Weekend work is part of the role; a proactive, collaborative, organised, and flexible attitude is essential.
Required Qualifications
