Maintenance Technician - Atlanta, GA

Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and break/fix work orders in company-owned oil change facilities, covering general building systems, tire rotation lifts, pneumatic pumps, air compressors, and portable equipment like transmission flush and A/C machines. Execute tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and painting while retrieving, documenting, and completing work via the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Assist other technicians as directed, manage inventory and ordering of parts and materials, and complete special projects per company standards. This role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working between Atlanta, GA, and Chattanooga, TN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in maintenance/facilities or related field
- Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Use and understanding of CMMS and computer skills (MS Office, Excel or similar)
- Strong communication, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Organization and time management skills

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to walk or run for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend and twist body
- Must be able to repeat the same movements
