Job Summary
Conduct overall maintenance of the community and grounds, including turnover work in vacant units such as painting and repairs. Complete work requests in a timely manner while keeping curb appeal high and maintaining common areas. Respond to emergency calls on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and handle tasks ranging from HVAC and plumbing to carpentry and landscaping. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of property management maintenance experience. Pre-employment background and drug testing are required.
