Job Summary
Conduct overall maintenance of the community and grounds area while managing turnover work in vacant units including painting and repairs. Complete work requests in a timely manner and maintain common areas to ensure the highest curb appeal. Respond to emergency calls on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and handle tasks ranging from HVAC and electrical systems to landscaping and carpentry. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of property management maintenance experience.
