Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Riverwood Heights responsible for upkeep of apartment community: perform general maintenance, electrical/plumbing repairs, pool maintenance (if applicable), HVAC, painting, and appliance repairs; conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance; manage apartment turnovers within three days of vacancy; respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule; maintain inventory of tools and supplies; coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager; ensure compliance with building codes, fire codes, pool safety, and safety regulations; provide strong customer service and professional interaction with current and future residents; requires authorization to work in the United States, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience; willingness to be on-call, willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
Required Qualifications
