Respond to emergency calls on evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Maintain skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tile, carpet, door, appliance, lock, concrete, masonry, roofing, fencing, custodial, carpentry, and landscaping.
