Job Summary
Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry for household, building, and property grounds. Provide after-hours emergency service on an on-call rotation while following company standards. Work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends, while maintaining the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate elevation changes. Valid Driver's License required. EPA Type II or Universal certification, HVAC troubleshooting experience, and CPO certification are plus qualifications. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance
- Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work as an on-call technician and provide after-hours emergency service
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification Type II or Universal
- Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
- CPO certification
