Job Summary
Maintenance Technician Associate responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing machinery and equipment; perform preventative maintenance across electrical, pneumatic, structural, plumbing, hydraulic and equipment repair or replacement; mechanical repair on equipment and facilities; operate forklifts and yard trucks; input and maintain digital logs; order parts and manage spare parts inventory; adhere to safety and operating procedures; collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure equipment reliability; monitor KPIs such as OEE and quality/EHS standards; support LEAN continuous improvement initiatives; maintain detailed maintenance logs and records; perform basic PLC-related startup/shutdown procedures and energy isolation tasks; promote a positive PM culture and participate in safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge
- Previous forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in a production/manufacturing setting
- Capable of following a production report while working independently
- Capable of working with a team and independently efficiently
