Job Summary
Respond to maintenance requests and perform scheduled duties for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems across the facility. Maintain cost objectives while ensuring all attractions and equipment operate flawlessly. Move arcade equipment, climb ladders, and repair machines under pressure amid distractions. Work weekday mornings and Saturdays with two to three days off during the week. Identify changing customer and business requirements to solve problems effectively. Required Qualifications
- Age: 18+
- Availability: Weekday Mornings, Saturdays Required - with 2 or 3 days off during the week as needed.
- Relevant Experience: at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating some knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanics.
- Physical Abilities: capability to complete physical duties, which may include moving arcade equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climbing ladders, and possessing the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain facility machines and equipment.
- Flexibility: ability to work a flexible schedule is essential to accommodate the operational needs of the facility.
- Problem-Solving Skills: ability to identify, comprehend, and act on changing customer and business requirements.
- Organizational Skills: attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Effective Communication: excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of arcade games or electrical boards
