Job Summary
HVAC-focused Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems at a residential apartment community. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, overseeing repair and preventive maintenance of equipment, reading blueprints and schematics, diagnosing issues in electrical, HVAC, low voltage, and plumbing systems, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining service documentation and inventory records, and delivering strong customer service to clients. Requires extensive HVAC experience, solid mechanical skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a track record of troubleshooting and optimizing HVAC performance for residential properties.
Required Qualifications
