Job Summary
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, overseeing equipment repairs, implementing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC and plumbing issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of maintenance experience, strong project management skills, extensive HVAC experience, and an EPA License.
Required Qualifications
- Proven maintenance experience
- Extensive HVAC experience required
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems
- Familiarity with electrical systems, refrigeration techniques, boiler operations, low voltage, HVAC, plumbing etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills as a service technician, capable of diagnosing issues quickly
- EPA License (Required)
