Maintenance Technician

Respond to resident and management requests for corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance across community common areas, buildings, and units. Ensure all necessary repairs and replacements are completed while maintaining the preventative maintenance program to extend asset life. Perform daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and features to identify and correct hazardous conditions, and manage swimming pool maintenance with accurate chemical logging. Assist with the make-ready process, unit inspections, and scheduling of maintenance turn events. Maintain a well-organized shop adhering to OSHA guidelines, monitor inventory, and report rule violations to supervisors. Participate in on-call emergency rotations and manage excellent customer service to ensure timely work order turnaround.
