Job Summary
Respond to resident and management requests for corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across common areas, buildings, and units. Ensure all necessary repairs and replacements are completed while assisting with scheduling turn events and daily exterior cleanups of grounds and common areas. Perform swimming pool maintenance, including chemical logging, and inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions. Maintain the preventative maintenance program, monitor inventory, and keep accurate records of service requests and work in progress. Participate in on-call emergency rotations and unit inspections as requested, while enforcing community policies and promoting safe work practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Reliable transportation
