MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Maintenance Technician responsible for hands-on support to the maintenance team to keep facilities, equipment, and grounds operating safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, replace light bulbs, fix leaky faucets, and complete minor repairs. Monitor and report potential issues, receive and log work orders, and collaborate with senior maintenance staff to prioritize tasks. Maintain tools and supplies inventories, follow safety guidelines and PPE usage, and provide clear updates on completed tasks and future needs. Requires familiarity with basic tools and a willingness to learn more about building systems; effective communication and physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking on various surfaces.
