Job Summary
Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintain a clean, well-maintained community environment. Improve vacant apartments to market-ready status and perform diverse maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs. Identify potential issues to prevent larger problems while representing ARI Apartment Management professionally. Work on-call rotations to address urgent needs after hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years general maintenance experience (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.)
- Valid driver's license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required
- Ability to work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Trade school and/or military training a plus
- CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
